I have been using Efficient Calendar 3 with one problem. It is always one day late. I am writing this on Jan 1 and my calendar shows Dec. 31. Windows is showing the correct date and time. Is there a fix for this?
In principle, the time and date format is sync with that of your computer.
I purchased the Efficient Calendar software but soon after I purchased the software I found the Efficient PIM software which will work better for me. If possible could I have a refund of the calendar software because I won't need to use it.

Hello. I use and have been using Efficient Calendar for some time. I was notified of the newest version for download this morning but I cannot install it. I run Norton 360 and it keeps rejecting the file as unsafe even though I have indicated it as a trusted source. Can you advise? Thank you.

You could use the "export/import" feature.
Does the calendar data reside on my pc or on a remote server?

I just purchased a license code Efficient Calender and I don't know how to enter it into the proper place while the program is running. Could someone please tell me what to do??
Firstly, please make sure what you have installed is the professional edition.You could check that in "Help-About". And if you are using the professional edition, you could enter the registration code by "Help-Re-enter the registration code".
I purchased your calendar software several months ago for $29. I really like the program. Today I received an email from you re purchasing software again. Does this mean my version runs out and I have to pay again? I hope not.
Since we only provide 2 years' free upgrade, you couldn't upgrade to the 3.1 version for free unless you bought the software after Aug.5th,2010. Or you should pay to upgrade, or download the previous version in http://www.efficientdownload.com/xn2/ .
