I have forgotten my password.I would like to ask that how should i completely remove the software efficient diary from my system(window 7 64 bit) i have uninstalled it but to check whether its completely uninstalled or not i installed it again and found that it was not completely removed.It still remembered my previous password.Please tell me the way how to remove it completely...
t is not the software remember your password, but the password had been insetted into the file. So we are afraid you have to create a new file.
Hello, I had to reformat my harddrive. can you tell me how i can restore my efficient calendar and the data i had in it. The people at hp will show you how to back it up, but will not show you how to restore it.
When you run the software, choose "File-restore" in the main menu. And then find the backup file of efficient software.
Is there a procedure to backup the data you could share with me that would reinstall that data back into the fresh install on the new pc, or do you just have to go back and reinstall the saved event data one-by-one like you were starting over ????

Please improve you product by adding an additional date format. Europe and genealogists worldwide use a date format ( 24 Jul 2018 ) that is not now available. Please add this one to your great program?
The date format of our software is sync. with that of your computer. You could set it in your computer settings.
Hi, i am just trying your efficient calendar and it looks very good, i am just wondering if you can set up a recurrence for every 6 months as i have a lot of work that needs 6 monthly contact with people.
Yes, you could choose the "Recurrence Pattern" as "Monthly"- Every "6" month. And then choose the specific day through the following condition.
