"2. What was the biggest influence on your decision to purchase Efficient Calendar? My answer: Features and ease of use 3. Please write down your comments on Efficient Calendar. My answer: Started looking for a calendar program when I couldn't view Windows calendar when logged in with limited user rights. Your Efficient Calendar program provided a solution ... with many additional features ... in addition to not needing admin rights to use your program. Also like the fact it can be run from a thumb drive. One thing I did notice - Efficient Calendar leaves a process running when exiting the program and when the program is run again it starts another process and when you exit again - it leaves another process running. I found this while viewing the Windows Task Manager. The fix I found - was to run the program in Windows 95 or 98 Compatibility Mode."

"For a free program, it is extraordinarily good! Pros: For setting appointments and overall calendar functions it is easy to understand and an excellent free program for that. Cons: The tasks part of it is too extreme for me. It has levels and dates and % completion. For project management, that might be okay. All I was looking for there was a simple "to do" list where tasks can be moved up or down in importance and checked off (or deleted) when done. But, as I say, that is me. Might work well for most people. Summary: Efficient calendar is an excellent free program to handle appointments. It can also to task management, altho a little complex for my liking. All in all, I would give it 4 of 5 stars for excellence overall."
