Purchased Efficient Calendar in December 2010. Today, I'm being prompted for my username and registration code, but the program will not accept username: C Wayde Rawls registration code: EC200-***-***-***-* as provided to me after paying for the program.
We have changed the registration code in the 3.0 version. We have imported all the customers' purchase information to our customer management system. So you can get the new registration code in the following website by the email address you left when you bought our product: http://www.efficientsoftware.net/lostcode.php.
I purchased the paid version of efficient calendar. How do I know I'm running the paid version? When I open the help/about notice I don't see a registration number or anything to indicate it is the paid version.

Please explain "only open the file which is located in the local folder". Does this program share the same database or does it uses separate databases for each user on different machines. This is far more difficult to setup as a network than it may be worth. The server should be able to handle the database to five users at the same time. If it does not do this we need to talk about your product. The instructions for setting up server and clients does not get the job done! How much more is needed to get this program to network?
Yes, the network version of our software will share the data through a server. But the data of the server isn't saved in your computer, it is in fact saved in our vital server. That's why it could only share the data in the local folder.
I downloaded the trial version and entered some events. They showed properly on the calendar. Then I downloaded the paid version. Now I see only 1 of the recurring events that I had. I entered some birthdays and other events but they do not show on the calendar. Also, I want to see the events that we put on previous days on the calendar. We put down the work that we did every day on the calendar. I want these things to stay there so we can go back and see the information we entered any previous day of the year. How do I get the events to show on the calendar?
You could choose the view of calendar, such as "1 Day"/5 Work Week/7 Week/31 Month.
