I'm using Version 3.11 build 322 and I would like to report a problem. This isn't a major problem, rather an annoying one at that. I have the program set to start with in calender mode which it does but I noticed that none of my appointments show up. If I click on lets say contacts then go back to calender then are now there. My work around for now will be to start with "Today" instead. Then when I go to calender everything should be there. (Just tried this and it works fine.)
You could change the default view on startup to "calendar" in "Tools-options-General".
Please provide detail as to how to do this. Basically, I have a payment due every month on the 17th. I select 'Recurrence', 'Monthly', and the selections I get is '13th of the month', 'The last 10th of the month', 'The 4th Wednesday of the month', et al. No where does it allow me to select the '17th of the month'. Please explain how to select this date.
Please choose the start date as the 17th day of the month, e.g.Aug.17.
I have already downloaded the free trial. I paid for the program. WHAT DO I DO AFTER I DOWNLOAD THE FILE? THIS IS THE SAME FILE I HAVE ALREADY DOWNLOADED. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?
Yes, the free trial has exactly the same features of that of the professional edition. Once you entered the registration code into the free trial, you are running the professional edition of our software.
I need to move Efficient Calendar to my new PC, but I lost my registration code. Please resend it.

I have the latest version of Efficient Software address book. I am unable to make use of the field "Categories" I cant write in the field Help index of Table of contents does not mention it. How do I use Categories?
You could add the entry to a category by clicking "Edit-belong to category" in the edit page.
